Following are six key elements of Men's Ministry that the leadership team have identified as primary objectives in the coming year.
- Develop a comprehensive discipleship process – Provide Biblical study, training, workshops, retreats and various activities for the purpose of discipling men and placing emphasis on the disciplines of Biblical Christianity.
- Encourage the formation and growth of mentoring relationships – Emphasize the importance of mentoring and accountability relationships in every man's life and provide opportunities for such relationships to develop.
- Encourage evangelism – Provide opportunities for men to learn how to share faith and encourage them to do so.
- Provide fellowship opportunities for men – Including regular events, annual retreats, fellowship opportunities in various formats and venues.
- Provide service, outreach and mission’s opportunities – Cooperate with the leadership team's of other ministry areas to encourage men to become involved in missions, outreach and service opportunities.
- Compliment, not compete with, other ministry areas of the church – Coordinate and align our ministry objectives and activities with those of the larger church.
